Using MW SysArc

These terms govern use of mwsysarc.com and MW SysArc services that link to this page. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Founder Beta notice: These public terms are a plain-language operating baseline and remain subject to professional review. A paid Protected Network membership is governed by the identified provider, plan, implementation scope, billing schedule, taxes, cancellation terms and accepted membership agreement stated in that company's versioned order form. This page is not itself an offer of admission.

Purpose of the service

MW SysArc provides systems-architecture information, business and city-network services, computational tools, learning resources and owner-authorized content-publishing workflows. Features may change as the platform develops.

Informational use

Website material and computational outputs are provided for general information, learning and planning. They are not legal, tax, medical, investment, engineering or other regulated professional advice. Verify important inputs, assumptions and decisions with suitable primary sources and qualified professionals.

Accounts and connected platforms

You may connect only accounts, channels, Pages and profiles you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the content you approve, applicable platform rules and the accuracy of account permissions. You may revoke a connection through the relevant platform. Automated publishing may be restricted to private or test visibility until a platform completes its review.

Company workspaces and authority

A Protected Network workspace belongs to the admitted company, not to an individual employee. The person accepting an invitation confirms that they are authorised to act in the assigned role. Company owners and administrators control invitations and permissions. MW SysArc may reset administrator roles to the verified company owner when necessary to resolve an authority or security dispute. Users must not access, copy or attempt to discover another company's private records.

Introductions, opportunities and transactions

MW SysArc helps companies discover capabilities and make introductions. MW SysArc is not the buyer, seller, broker, escrow provider, guarantor, employer, insurer or professional adviser in a member-to-member opportunity unless a separate signed agreement expressly says otherwise. Introduced companies must verify identity, authority, capability, licensing, sanctions, price, tax, payment, delivery, insurance, warranties and legal requirements themselves. Membership or an introduction does not guarantee work, quality, payment or any outcome.

Projects, messages and external links

Company and project records are available only to authorised participants. Users are responsible for the information and safe cloud links they add. General file uploads remain unavailable unless MW SysArc activates a verified scanning and storage process. An external collaborator receives no private project access until authenticated, invited and accepted.

Electronic records and signing

The signing workspace records the presented text, signer action and tamper-evident event evidence. It does not provide identity notarisation, legal advice, qualified electronic signatures, universal enforceability or automatic compliance with every jurisdiction. The sending company must decide whether the document, consent method, identity assurance, retention and applicable law are suitable before relying on it.

Referrals, commissions and disclosures

Referral credits and independent-partner commissions are separate programmes governed by their own accepted versioned terms. A credit or commission is not earned until the stated qualifying payment clears and remains subject to reversals, disputes and programme rules. Anyone recommending MW SysArc while receiving or expecting value must make the relationship clear where applicable. No participant may promise admission, exclusivity, revenue, leads, results or features that MW SysArc has not approved in writing.

Acceptable use

You must not use MW SysArc to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security, misrepresent identity or authorization, harass others, manipulate platforms, send unauthorized spam, or place unreasonable load on the service. MW SysArc may restrict access needed to protect users, systems or legal compliance.

Intellectual property

MW SysArc branding, original page designs, software, written material and platform structure are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, data, software and services remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licenses and terms.

External services

The service may link to or integrate with third parties including Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Stripe, Cloudflare and n8n. Their availability, decisions and policies are outside MW SysArc's control. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. MW SysArc does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every output is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, MW SysArc is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

MW SysArc may update these public terms as the service develops. Material changes will receive a new version and date and apply prospectively; accepted order forms and earned ledger entries are not silently rewritten.
