Privacy at MW SysArc

This policy explains how MW SysArc handles information on its public websites, applications, accounts, Protected Network workspaces and owner-authorized integrations. Questions, correction requests, deletion requests and other data-rights requests can be sent to [email protected].

Website delivery and security

Hosting and network providers process information required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser user agent and security events. These records are used for reliable delivery, abuse prevention and service security and are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and legal obligations.

Information you submit

If you send an email, submit a membership or partner application, request a city or category review, make an introduction, create a support case, or use another form, MW SysArc receives the information you choose to provide. It is used to answer the request, evaluate the requested service, prevent abuse and maintain an appropriate business record. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, confidential customer data or other sensitive information through an ordinary form.

Accounts, companies and protected workspaces

Account records may include identity and contact details, authentication events, company memberships, roles, invitations and security or audit events. A company workspace may contain company profiles, city and capability selections, introductions, proposals, projects, messages, support cases, inventory and accounting records, signing evidence, events and other records created by authorised company users. Access is scoped to the selected company and assigned role. MW administrators access protected records only as needed to operate, secure, support, investigate or comply with legal obligations.

The admitted company controls its users and most workspace content. Individuals should ask their company owner or administrator first for routine access or correction. MW SysArc handles requests that require platform action, including account security, company-authority disputes, deletion, legal holds and service closure.

Introductions, referrals and partner records

Introduction records may identify the requesting and responding companies, stated need, capability, city, status, acceptance and audit history. Private relationship edges are disclosed only when the applicable participants accept the connection. Referral and partner records may include attribution, training, assignments, outcomes, quality reviews, commission or credit status, tax and payout administration, and the company or person that owns the economic right. One company does not receive another company's payment method, affordability or broader financial history.

Support, signing and events

Support cases retain the submitted problem, page context, company-visible replies and safe external evidence links. Internal support notes are not shown to the company. Electronic-signing records may retain the exact document text, sender and signer details, access and signing events, timestamps and integrity hashes. Event registrations and event chat retain the details needed to provide access, moderation and the persistent event record. Public event providers continue to process video or audio under their own terms.

Connected publishing platforms

The MW SysArc Video Factory can connect to services such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram through their authorization systems. When an owner or authorized operator connects an account, the service may receive account identifiers, channel or Page information, publishing permissions, access tokens and the status or URL of content it publishes.

Connection credentials are stored through n8n's encrypted credential system and are used only to perform the publishing and verification actions requested by the authorized operator. MW SysArc does not sell connected-account data or use it for advertising. Access is not given to humans except when required to provide support with permission, protect the service, comply with law or investigate abuse. A connection can be revoked through the relevant platform's account settings or by contacting MW SysArc.

Advertising and Google partner data

Selected content-rich pages may use Google AdSense to help fund free public tools and learning material. Google and participating advertising providers may process IP addresses, page activity, device information, cookies, web beacons or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Advertising is not loaded on MW SysArc contact, application, checkout, account, legal-only or unfinished pages.

Where consent is legally required, advertising and analytics storage begins denied and a consent choice is requested before optional purposes are enabled. Refusing optional advertising purposes does not prevent access to the free calculators. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Calculator input values are not intentionally sent to Google advertising systems. Do not enter personal or confidential information into a calculator label or shared result.

Protected product analytics

Signed-in product analytics are privacy-minimised: MW SysArc records broad product areas and interaction health needed to improve navigation and reliability, not company names, project identifiers, request identifiers, document text, message content, calculator inputs or accounting values. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled in protected workspaces.

Google and YouTube data

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account data is used only to authorize and operate requested YouTube publishing features, confirm processing status and identify the resulting video. It is not transferred for advertising, credit decisions or unrelated purposes.

Service providers and international processing

Website hosting, security, email, workflow automation and connected social platforms may process limited information on MW SysArc's behalf or under their own terms. Processing may occur outside your country. Each provider is responsible for the safeguards described in its terms and privacy documentation.

Retention and your choices

Contact and workspace records are kept only as long as needed for the request, active service, security, legitimate business administration, dispute handling and legal duties. Retention depends on the record: unsuccessful applications should not remain indefinitely; active company records remain while the service is used; financial, contractual, signing, audit and security evidence may require a longer period. Connected-platform credentials remain until revoked, replaced or deleted. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data and complain to a data-protection authority.
